Walker Peenimpac Shot Blaster. The basket is 22 wide and 22 diameter, with an overall width of 24. This unit will do up to 20 regular alternator housings at a time. It has recent had all of its wear plates, pladdles, and basket changed. (Cost just over $1000..) It needs to have the door gasket changed, and the bearings in the motor are showing wear. A shot beaded finish corrodes far slower than a sand blasted finish, and is fully automatic. It comes with its own stand alone dust collection system.The set is over 15 years old, but one of the best units available, built real well. Replacement cost is over $12,000.00. Shaker, automatic parts scrubber. It is full of ceramic and aluminum media. Parts areput on top, and the machine vidrates them around the front through to the back, and then to the top again. At the same time a cleaning solutions is poured over the top to aid in the cleaning. Fully automatic with timer, rubbers and belt were changed 6 months ago, and we have several tubes for doing small parts.
